Very fine French 4/4 violin by Paul KAUL bearing its original handwritten label with the 1908 vintage N°7 in Nantes and its iron marks inside on the back, spruce top with fairly regular medium rings, one-piece maple back with medium waves slightly descending to the right, ribs of the same wood matching the back, bold orange-red varnish with a more yellow undertone, 357 mm, very good condition in an old wooden case.
