Beautiful gold-plated pocket watch signed L.C. GRANDJEAN Le Locle n°6964415. Simple chronograph watch (no counters) with rattrapante and foudroyante. Enamel dial with Roman numerals. Mechanical movement with double barrel, column-wheel chronograph, anchor escapement, bi-metallic balance wheel, Breguet balance spring. Time setting by toggle. Second half of the 19th century. Diameter: 55 mm. Note: the watch works, the split-seconds pusher needs to be revised.
