TEA AND COFFEE SET in silver (950) and silver-plated metal TRAY. PARIS, ODIOT, ap. 1838 (Minerve). Plain, pan-formed model standing on a circular foot edged with a vine-tree frieze, motif repeated at the top of the body and on the rim of the lid with double-ressaut and button grip as well as at the attachment of the handles in a large scrolled cartouche. Flat handle. Engraved RP monogram on the body. Gilded sugar pot interior. The tray is decorated with foliage. The teapot is banged and the inside rim of the sugar pot lid is slightly deformed. A bone ring is cracked. Tray marked: GARNITURE ARGENT. Numbers below: 2294 (milk jug), 2321 (coffee pot), 1757 (sugar pot), 1456 (teapot).
